Dial & Save (1010457)

Dial & Save charges 10¢ per minute for interstate calls from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and 4¢ per minute for interstate calls from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., subject to a 15¢ connection fee and a 5-minute minimum charge per call. There is no monthly fee. Calls are billed in one-minute increments.

Telco Choice (1010297)

Telco Choice charges 10¢ per minute plus a 15¢ connect fee per call for interstate calls 24 hours a day. There is no monthly fee. Calls are billed in one-minute increments.

Dial 10-10-399

The 10-10-399 program charges 90¢ for calls up to 10 minutes long, and 5¢ a minute for each additional minute, plus a 15¢ connection fee per call. Note that even a 1-minute call is charged 90¢ plus the connection fee.
These programs are generally promoted on a dial-around basis. This allows you to selectively use the service by prefixing your calls with a 7-digit access code. Improperly using this access code with local calls will result in charges being incurred for calls that might otherwise be non-billable. If you choose to presubscribe to one of these services, you will be subject to the carrier's PIC-C fees.

Be sure to let Telco customer service know that you want to be on the current program in case you previously used their service at higher rates. Rates for calls within your state may vary between Telco plans.
