Yet Another Capital One Experience

I also have had an experience with Capital One Bank.

It seems like their fees never end, and I agree that they wait until the last possible minute to apply a membership fee which in return will cause you an over the limit fee. They also told me my payment was one day late and it caused me a $25.00 late fee.

I mailed it six days before it was due. How do I know they received it late?

They are a horrible company to do business with and have no regards for the consumer. How can they stay in business? I cannot believe that with all of the complaints something has not been done. Yeah they really help re-build your credit. They put mine in the toilet again!
