Magic of Prosper International's Offshore Trust
This page claims that by establishing a trust in Belize,
you can avoid taxes on money earned within the trust.

money out of the trust:
once you put money into the trust, you transfer all control
over the trust assets to the trustee, who legally has no
obligation to comply with your requests for withdrawals.
